Information About Our Tour

Tour Map

Harbin, located in the north-east of China, is now home to one of the four biggest ice and snow festivals in the world.  Harbin is one of China's most popular winter destinations.  The Harbin Ice and Snow Festival, which began in 1963, will start in early January 2014 and is a great winter festival in China not to be missed.

Walking around the venues, we will see world record-sized snow sculptures longer than two football fields, and some ice buildings, palaces, monuments and statues about 50 metres tall.  These displays are technologically sophisticated, using computer controlled LED and regular lighting to put on stunning displays of changing colour and design. Harbin is called “Ice City,” and the winters are bitterly cold, but the conditions are right for the ice festival.

Odyssey travel will in good faith Guarantee a program to proceed when it reaches the minimum number of participants required to operate the program.
